SaaS means Software as a Service. SaaS is a cloud-based system of delivering applications to businesses or users. Instead of purchasing and installing software, you access it over the internet.
BOOMITY|Health is white labeled meaning we build and maintain the software, and when your company purchases a subscription to it, you brand it as your own.
Private means no data on the platform is discoverable on the World Wide Web through any search engine.
Privacy within the platform means any user can choose any username. User’s real name and email address is not known to other community members unless they choose it as their username. The system does require a real email address the authenticate the user, so you, as a company, will have the email addresses of your members.
Privacy also means your company owns all rights to all data that is placed on the platform. We do not sell your data to third parties
BOOMITY|Health takes steps to protect user data in accordance with its internal security standards. These standards include: password protection, de identification of locally held data files, regular automated backup, physical protection of IT hardware, and taking commercially reasonable technical precautions.
If a person can get their health concern validated or questions answered by; asking the peer community, consulting discussion threads, and/or finding resources in your resource library, then individuals may not need a one-on-one consultation with a professional.. Fewer one-on-one interactions helps you serve more people with fewer employees.
The platform scales to your needs - BOOMITY|Health can support 1 hub with 1 community if you are a small organization. If you are an organization that uses 10 Hubs and hundreds of communities, all creating dynamic private groups - then our platform can accommodate that.
The community activity itself creates the value of the community.
The on-boarding process will typically range from 2-4 weeks.
Work with your website team to determine where the Community portal will live on your website, then we link our API and create single-sign-on (SSO).
Configure all the settings to your specifications so your communities are all set up and ready to go.
Port your resources and existing events/.ongoing virtual support groups to BOOMITY|Health.
BOOMITY|Health is completely set up and ready to use after onboarding. We can, however, customize the look and layout for you and integrate with other apps. Our technology is adaptable and flexible so we are happy to work with you.
You make your members aware of communities in many ways. You can invite them to join using a direct email campaign, where you describe the benefits of your Peer2Peer community network, and provide them with a link to the sign-up page or landing page. You can have them discover the Peer Communities by featuring them prominently on your website. You can create an awareness marketing campaign and set up a landing page with more information and a sign-up form.
There is a subscription fee per Hub and per Community and it is billed upfront, monthly. There is no per user or per admin fee, so you can have unlimited users. Ongoing technical support is included.
There is a one-time set-up fee to configure your Hub to your brand and community specifications.
There is an add-on option of having us manage and moderate your community.
